Take the leap this New Year and turn your world upside down
Looking back to the past year we see all the amazing people we have met and all the experiences that we went through. Yoga is always a powerful part of our lives. The New Year brings deep reflection and introspection that can amplify processes of self-inquiry, expanding our spiritual awareness and commitment to yogic living and passing everything that we had learned to the people around us.The New Year is around the corner and is time to set our intention, something that we want to cultivate more of in our work life, relationships or life in general. This intention is called San Culpa in Sanskrit and it is a powerful tool for manifesting our deepest desires into reality. While this is classically done in yoga, this can also be done at the beginning of each day and most certainly at the start of a new year, something we commonly know as the “new year’s resolution.”Give your self-time to think about all the lessons you had learned and all the self-healing that you had gone through. Thank yourself, be kind to yourself and look at what is waiting in front of you...This new year we set the intention to help you grow, to have a better understanding about yourself and to go deeper in your yoga practice or to become a better yoga teacher, so you can help others. There are a lot of definitions to what yoga means. The simple explanation is the connection, a union with the inner self. Yoga means to completely know yourself and to be at peace with it. Letting go of all the things that make us suffer and to embrace the freedom. Yoga is the clear knowledge of being one with the source of all life. This New Year we invite you to be free, to be brave enough to give yourself everything that your soul so desperately needs. The connection with the mind, the union between your thoughts, feelings and soul.
