In this 2-Day (12h Yoga Alliance Continued Education Unit) course you’ll discover the importance of integrating the use of FlyHighYoga belt into a range of different yoga styles. This course will get you experiencing yoga from a different and versatile perspective.
50h Training Course - Level 1 Introduction
Start your yoga journey with FlyHighYoga and our modular style Training Course. This Level 1 Introduction course is the foundation on which you can learn the basis of the FlyHighYoga style, allowing you to immediately practice or teach the Fly High Yoga fundamentals.
50h Training Course - Level 2 Advanced
Continue your FlyHighYoga journey by taking this level two Training Courses like the Art of Adjustment, FlyHighYoga Pilates, FlyHighYoga Thai Massage, FlyHighYoga Suspension Training (similar to TRX) just to mention a few examples. A prerequisite of this training is the Level 1: Introduction to FlyHighYoga.
