1 Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply upon your application for any of our Fly High Yoga Teacher Training Courses. In the event of any inconsistency between this document and information provided by our representatives, this document shall take precedence.

1.2 By submitting your application - making a purchase or securing your spot - for our Teacher Training Courses, whether online, offline, invoice, third-party, in our studios, via email, or by telephone, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.3 Your provision of Personal Information also indicates your agreement with the studio’s Privacy Policy - Since the Teacher Training that commenced in Bali, in this case it is The Yoga Barn’s studio. Please visit their website to read more of their Privacy Policy.

1.4 Our failure to enforce any right contained in these terms within a specific time frame does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

1.5  Changes to Terms and Condition:

A. We reserve the right to modify, add, change, or remove any terms, conditions, or clauses governing the studio and training operations.  

B. The most current version of these terms will always be applicable. Copies of the current terms are available on our website.  

C. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Teacher Training will be affected immediately, and any participant who registered the Teacher Training prior to the change of Terms and Conditions will be notified.

2 Training Enrollment and Participation

2.1 Minimum Participant Requirement:  

To maintain the quality and effectiveness of our training, it usually requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. Depending on the case, if the minimum number is not met, the training will be postponed, cancelled, or continued (please review clause 2.5). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible, at least 1 month prior to the training date.

2.2 Insurance Recommendation:

We strongly advise all participants to secure comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for accommodation and other travel-related costs, in the event of a training postponement. To ensure a stress-free experience, we also suggest booking flights and accommodations that offer refunds or free rebooking options.

2.3 Payment & Refund Policy:

A. A non-refundable deposit is available to secure your spot in the training and save you for the early bird pricing.

B. To secure participation in the Teacher Training, full payment is required no later than one 3 weeks prior to the start date of the training. Participants will receive a courtesy email reminder; however, it remains the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure timely payment. Failure to make the full-payment, you are not allowed to participate in the Teacher Training you have registered for. However, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a future Teacher Training, depending on availability and the organizer’s approval.

C. A 90% refund is available if cancellation is made in writing 30 days before the training start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued, but your payment (deposits or full payment) may be transferred to another training date.

D. In any case you decide to 1) request a full refund, 2) to move your participation in the Teacher Training to another date, or 3) fail to make the full payment, you will not receive your belt and certification of  the Teacher Training you have signed up previously.

E. Rescheduling Your Training: If you choose to move your training to a later date, your Fly High Yoga belt will only be given to you once you attend the rescheduled training.

F. Emergency Cancellations: If you are unable to attend the Teacher Training due to an unexpected emergency, your spot will automatically be moved to the next available training. In exceptional cases, if you can provide official documentation supporting your situation, we may offer a 80% refund

2.4 Training Postponement:  

In the event of postponement due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their payment to another scheduled training -  For example, if you've signed up for a 50 hr Teacher Training, you can transfer to another 50 hr Teacher Training scheduled at a later date.

2.5 Training Cancellation:  

Fly High Yoga reserves the right to cancel the training due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters or teacher unavailability. In such cases, a full refund or transfer to another training will be provided, as mentioned in section 2.4.

2.6 Accommodation and Travel:  

Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel arrangements. Fly High Yoga is not liable for any costs incurred due to the postponement or cancellation of the training.

2.7 Prerequisites:  

In order to participate in FlyHighYoga Teacher Training Level 2 you are required to have done FlyHighYoga Teacher Training Level 1 at any point in time.

2.8 Certification Requirements:  

Participants must complete the full 50-hour training and pass any assessments to receive certification. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory.

2.9 Code of Conduct:  

We expect all participants to maintain a respectful and supportive environment throughout the training. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the course without refund.

2.10 Health & Safety:  

Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being. Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the start of the training. Fly High Yoga is not liable for any injuries sustained during the training.

2.11 Intellectual Property:  

All training materials provided are for your personal use only and should not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

2.12 Last minute entries:

Registration Deadline: Our official registration closes two weeks before the training start date. At this time, we will only accept full payment, and will not be accepting any more deposits.

Late Entries: If you wish to join after the deadline, we may allow it depending on your situation. However, please note that you will not be able to request customization for your freebies (T-shirt size, belt color, goodie bag, etc.).

Cancellations and Refund for Last minute entries: In any case, full refunds are not permitted if you registered last minute. However, if you are unable due to unforeseen circumstances, please refer to section (2.3 E)

2.13 Marketing & Promotional Use

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to Fly High Yoga using photos or videos taken during the training for marketing and promotional purposes. If you have concerns about this, please inform us before the training begins. To know your preferences, we will hand out a consent form before the Teacher Training begins.

By registering for the Fly High Yoga Teacher Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
