1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply upon your application for any of our Fly High Yoga Teacher Training Courses. In the event of any inconsistency between this document and information provided by our representatives, this document shall take precedence.

1.2 By submitting your application for our Teacher Training Courses, whether online, in our studios, via email, or by telephone, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.3 Your provision of Personal Information indicates your agreement with our studio Privacy Policy.

1.4 Our failure to enforce any right contained in these terms within a specific time frame does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

1.5  Additional notes

   a. We reserve the right to modify, add, change, or remove any terms, conditions, or clauses governing the studio and training operations.  

   b. The most current version of these terms will always be applicable. Copies of the current terms are available at our studio or on our website.  

   c. A 28-day notice will be provided for any changes to these terms through notifications on our website, publication of the updated document on our website, and notices in the studio.

2 Training Enrollment and Participation

2.1 Minimum Participant Requirement:  

  To maintain the quality and effectiveness of our training, it requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. If the minimum number is not met, the training will be postponed. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

2.4 Training Postponement:  

   In the event of postponement due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their payment to another scheduled training -  For example, if you've signed up for a 50 hr. Teacher Training, you can transfer to another 50 hr Teacher Training scheduled at a later date.

2.5 Training Cancellation:  

   Fly High Yoga reserves the right to cancel the training due to unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters or teacher unavailability. In such cases, a full refund or transfer to another training will be provided, as mentioned in section 2.4.

2.6 Accommodation and Travel:  

   Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel arrangements. Fly High Yoga is not liable for any costs incurred due to the postponement or cancellation of the training.

2.2 Insurance Recommendation:

   We strongly advise all participants to secure comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for accommodation and other travel-related costs, in the event of a training postponement. To ensure a stress-free experience, we also suggest booking flights and accommodations that offer refunds or free rebooking options.

2.3 Payment & Refund Policy:

   a. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the training.  

   b. Full payment is required prior to the start of the training.  

   c. A 90% refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit) is available if cancellation is made in writing 30 days before the training start date. After this period, no refunds will be issued, but your payment may be transferred to another training date

2.7 Prerequisites:  

   While a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification is preferred, we also consider applicants with substantial experience in yoga or movement practices. Acceptance is based on the participant's background and practice duration.

2.8 Certification Requirements:  

   Participants must complete the full 50-hour training and pass any assessments to receive certification. Attendance at all sessions is mandatory.

2.9 Code of Conduct:  

   We expect all participants to maintain a respectful and supportive environment throughout the training. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the course without refund.

2.10 Health & Safety:  

    Participants are responsible for their own health and well-being. Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the start of the training. Fly High Yoga is not liable for any injuries sustained during the training.

2.11 Intellectual Property:  

    All training materials provided are for your personal use only and should not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

2.12 Changes to Terms & Conditions:  

    Fly High Yoga reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes.

By registering for the Fly High Yoga Teacher Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
