This Level 1 Introduction course is the foundation on which you can build to becoming a fully qualified 200-hour Fly High Yoga teacher, allowing you to immediately teach regular Fly High Yoga classes.
Completing this 50-hour Introduction course will enable you to skillfully use and teach students with the FlyHighYoga Belt.
Learn how the belt as a prop can enhance a regular yoga practice and how to safely guide people in and out of aerial modifications of yoga asana. A range of topics are taught in detail from FlyHighYoga Anatomy, FlyHighYoga philosophy, the business of FlyHighYoga, pranayama, meditation and mystic healing.
